Are There Brighter Headlights We Can Buy For Our Cars?
I have a 1994 Camaro Z28 and my stockheadlights are not as bright as I would like. Im not looking for insanely bright lights that will **** off everyone oncomming in the streets, but something considerably brighter then stock, and brights for the highway that will be a lot better then stock. is there anything available for our cars aftermarket thats super bright? i checked NAPA andcanadian tire and they didnt have anything except for stock lights. has anyone around here upgraded their lights? i would like to buy a sealed unit that looks like the stock ones if possable. anybody buy anything online that fits the description?
Thanks guys!
MIKE

I heard LED's are just in the range of being bright and wont **** anyone off. But you said that wont **** people off and then you said super bright so I am easily confused. You can buy a HID kit which is VERY bright, my car sits low and everyone that has them here in my town **** me off because even the miatas blind me,(the ones that have them).
buy the upgraded harness for the stock lights....painless makes one.
then install some 100W bulbs in the stock glass housings.
if you search for the sylvania sila star upgrade, its the same thing but with brighter bulbs.

harness from casper
WOW...the price went up alot. that thing use to be $50-60
i used Luks bulbs...but i can't seem to find the sight i got them though
here is the place for the Luks bulbs. you have to chose the 100w or 80w versions for a small cost more. other option is their laserbeam blues...

Teke,
GOOD reply. I've been kinda waiting onthe thread about a Kit... (the one w/ several pages of posts).
I did read somewhere about DanielSternLighting.com (or something close)... Dude had easy to read/understand write-up of the whole harness business... Someone might go that route and make their own using his instructions.... Now that I see the one you posted for $111 I'd probably just go that route??
I never searched much for 100W bulbs, but your link makes it a "slam dunk"...
thx man. Good Job.

Swapping out the driving lights for Hella FF75s is a big improvement. You'll have to make up your own brackets, but it's not hard. If you want to go even further, Hella also makes lamps that are very nice but you'll need some fabrication ability.
