Taillights not working

i have a 94 trans am... i recently notice i have water in my taillights and now my bulbs wont work...the fuses are fine and tryed new bulbs...could the bulb sockets be bad?

Sure could. Might be corroded. Use a meter to check them out or try cleaning up the contacts.
