switching to fuel injection

Hey everyone,
I know this is probably weird to hear someone ask. I have a 350 with a 4-barrel quadrajet. The choke is messing up on it and I am gonna have to get a new one. I have been talking to some people and they say I should switch it over to fuel injection. This will make winter driving easier and less to deal with. Has anybody tried this? I can get a whole tpi system for 300 dollars. Is it worth it? How hard would it be to do?

Thanks,
Chris
