I've got a pretty stupid question that i cant seem to find an answer to.
What color coolant did a 1994 z28 come with?

obviously i would put in the same color as whats in there, but it really seems to be between orange and green and yellow. I almost think the previous owner mixed coolants without knowing because there seems to be an awful lot of gunk in the radiator and on the dipstick

 

It came with the older green stuff.

 

Newer prestone/peak antifreeze mixes with all colors, so you can be safe by using that stuff.

yea, i've seen the yellow, i've just heard the dexcool doesnt really like anything besides itself so i wanted to make sure that wasnt in there
