Stuck Bolt: Need Help
I'm installing new headlights on my car.
The passenger side headlight assembly went in real quick, but on the driver's side headlight, the little screw/bolt that holds the black frame to the rear of the headlight assembly WILL NOT budge. It turns, but it will not come out at all. I sprayed it with WD-40, but it just turns and will not come out to release the frame from the back of the assembly.
Is there anything else I can try to get this bolt to come out?
Thanks.

Re: Stuck Bolt: Need Help
where in Fl r u? cut the head off worst case scenario. deal with the rest when you get the frame off. try a pair of vise-grips and pull on it as you try to turn it out. if all else fails, a match and a gallon of gas ought to fix it, lol.

If you can get to the back of the screw give it a few whacks and try again, or apply pressure while turning the screw
A small flat head screwdriver wedged under the head of the screw may work also

If that doesn't work, as stated above cut the head of the bolt off.
