Well, you gotta go get a new stud, take apart your front end, punch out the old one and put in the new one.
That means taking off the caliper, rotor, and anything else that might get in your way.

If you don't have traction control, you should be able to turn the axle to a point where there is room behind the stud to remove/install it (without taking out the axle). You can use a wheel stud remover or carefully hammer it out (you may want to try to somehow support the axle flange from the rear). You can pull in a new stud with some flat washers used as spacers and a lug nut with the flat side turned toward the washers.
