Exclamation Still Existing Problem with Power Output in my car

I have a 2002 Camaro SS T-Top, live in southern NJ

Recent problem my battery indictor is continuing to run low, especially when the A/C is on high, the higher the cooling fans the lower the battery indictor falls - heading under 13 (the lowest number in white) and falls into the red zone, this happen more often in traffic and idling in city traffic.

The battery has been change - no improvement.
The alternator was pulled and change out - no improvement.
Figure it was faulty so replaced that one - no improvement.
Thought it was the grounding wire leading to the on board computer, replaced the on board computer - no improvement.

There is no problem with the engine sounds fine.

Full electric system check completed - everything checks out perfect.
The problem my mechanic tells must lie somewhere between the Cooling Fans and the alternator.

Any body got any clue what is happening with my car - can't take any long enjoyable joyrides.

So my car pretty much just sits in the driveway and doesn't go anywhere.
