Start car or no?

Gonna be los around 10 this week or so for a day or 2, highs around 37... My car has been sitting for 3 weeks, in storage again now - the last thing i wanted to do was cold start her - but it looks as if i may HAVE to because i have to work over break and will need a means or transportation.... = ( i may end up having to drive it thru jan 15th ish.....so it will most likely experience snow/salt.

how bad would it really be to start her up in this weather after sitting for 3 weeks?

Thanks.....

Not bad at all.

If you're worried about it - plug in your block heater about 4 hours before you start it up.

I start my car up and drive it around a bit once every month and a half or so in winter - not for the engine or tranny - but to get the brake calipers moving........sure as hell don't want those seizeing up on me come summer.
