squeeks and rattles

Ahhh, yes. We all have them and know too well how they can drive a sane man crazy. I've been able to pinpoint a couple of mine, one of which is coming from the ac vent to the right of the driver, above the radio. What are my options here? Remove the ac vent and place an adhesive padding around the plastic to reduce vibrations. What's happening is that the plastic is vibrating on the plastic of the dash creating all of the squeeks. That or I could just install an lt1 scanmaster but I'd like to keep both vents since the car will be daily driven in Florida.

In the colder months my car gets a horrible rattle comming from what sounds like right behind the guages. I've removed everything and I could and ziptied wires together and it's still there!

Whats even worse is in the dead of winter when the t-tops freeze and rattle the entire time your driving!

Sorry about that Fred. Again, a large portion of my rattles come from the AC vent to the right side of the steering wheel and the hatch in the back.
