Squeak from Stock Rocker Pivot point

Looking for some advice/2nd opinions on my current issue:

Have a chirp/squeek coming from the top of the engine. After removing the valve cover and using a stethoscope, the sound was coming from the #7 intake valve. Specifically, right where the stock stamped rocker pivots on the stud.

I've replaced the stud, the pushrod rolled just fine on glass, and nothing visually seemed off with the springs or rocker alignment or adjustment. I swapped the rocker with it's neighboring exhasut valve. The sound did not follow the rocker, which led me to believe this is a lifter failure/oil delivery problem (not enough oil being pushed up the pushrod to feed that valve).

Thinking oil, I did notice there WAS oil pooling on the top of the rocker, and just to make sure I used an oil can and doused it. No change in sound .

I was previously convinced it was a bad lifter but given the oil etc. I think I have a wrecked cam lobe, after playing around with the stethscope a bit more and angling it right up to the block, I think the chirp/squeek sound is traveling through the heads and just appears to be loudest at that stud.

Has anyone encountered a wiped cam with these symptoms before? hoping someone will tell me it's something else
