Speedometer needle help......

For some weird reason my speedometer needle fell off the other day and I am trying to get it back to accurate. I am now convinced that it is about 3-4 MPH slow.

Can someone describe or even better take a photo of where their 150 MPH speedo needle is sitting when the ignition is turned to on. This might help me get it right.

Thanks

Re: Speedometer needle help......

Grab a GPS and go for a ride. Set your cruise control for exactly 60 mph by using the readout on the GPS. Now stick your needle on so it reads exactly 60.

If you dont have access to a GPS, have a friend with an accurate speedometer pace you at 60.
