Something is sizzling on headers?

Cars runs great but now there is something dripping on the headers. The sound of sizzling fluid comes from the passenger side down below. It dripped 6 or so times and it stopped within 1 minute of the car being turned off. I restarted the car and let it run for a few minutes (no AC on) and shut it off and nothing more. I am unsure if it was doing it while driving but it probably was. I already thought of a head gasket but im looking for good news like a cheap repair or easy fix. I figure coolant, oil or maybe the AC condensation causing it so if anyone has an idea or has had this happen that would be great. It was 95-100 degrees and i had shut the AC off just minutes before. This is the only time this has happened.
