Smog tube bent - where to get replacement?

As I live in California, deleting the AIR/smog pump is not an option. Visual inspection would immediately find that. I tried replacing the clogged smog check valves, which was pretty easy on the passenger side, but the driver side metal tube between the manifold and the valve on the drivers side was/is stuck on the tube to the manifold. I unbolted the tube and heated the connection and tried to get the valve off, but in the process bent the tube (stupid, I know). I was able to mount it again, but the tube has only about half the opening area next to the screw mount of the valve and the valve is still stuck on the thread. I've tried to find a replacement tube, as the valve still needs to be replaced, but can't find the part anywhere. Does anyone know the part number to look for?

Year, model, engine info would be helpful. Given it's CA, trans type is also important for a 95.
