sluggish power, system too lean, failed smog check

Seems like everything is just going wrong. I did a smog check and failed it, got codes P0171 and P0174 system too lean on bank 1 and 2. So...... I switched out the two front O2 sensors and the rear O2 sensor. Unplugged the negative side of the battery and then replugged it. Drove it around until the compture restarted and the SES light came back on. I also noticed that my car idles really shaky and also when I floor it on 2nd gear around 4000 rpms my car seems to slug for a split second (like it was shifting gears in an automatic would). After that split second it would continue giving out power.
Only thing I have done to the car is suspension work, cold air intake and a whisper lid. My car is a 2002 Firebird V6 M5. I also changed out my air filter about a week ago, and my last oil change along with fuel filter was about a month ago. I normally change out my oil every 3000 to 5000 miles.
