Last weekend, I installed a SLP Ultra-Z hood that I had ordered. Everything went fine until the end when I found that, although the hood would catch and stay shut using the hook mechanism, it wouldn't lock shut with the actually lock (and thus the hood and the bumber have a couple inches between them). The lock itself works fine and it looks lined up. Any ideas?

 

Did you adjust the latch down as far as it goes?
