slippery steering wheel

Hello,

Looking for a product that would make my leather covered steering wheel less slippery. Washed a lot of dirt off it now can't grip.

You run into this problem before ? Thanks

Nail polish remover might work.

Use a high quality leather cleaner, than apply a good quality leather conditioner. I've had good luck with the Eagle 1 leather products. Personally, I wouldn't put anything like nail polish remover or laquer thinner on anything in my car.

Wink

thankyou for your suggestions,

Surf board wax was the most interesting and I can see it working. Since this is the 2nd Eagle 1 suggestion I'm gonna pick up some of that. The problem started after I cleaned off the oil and dirt and it probably dried the leather out a little and made it less tacky.
