Should I and how do I clean the MAF

2002 Z M6: And yes I do have a K&N on it. I do not want to mess it up.

You can buy a spray MAF sensor cleaner made by CRC at most auto parts stores.

or use rubbing alcohol and a q-tip to extremely carefully clean the elements.
