Exclamation should I buy it?

i've been looking into a 95 Z28 LT1 with the 1LE package...the one thing that concerns me though is the milage. It has 120,000 miles. He's asking $4500. How well do the LT1's hold up to high milage. Would apreciate any advice or knowledge

Do it! Thats a little high maybe, see if you can get it for 4K? LT1's stand up pretty well (engine wise). I sold one with 140K on it, and I beat on it hard with no problems.

I'd buy that car, 1LE's are a pretty hard find so I think it's worth it.

heck ya
i'd love to have a 1le (prob gonna save and get a 5th gen 1le )
i'd say talk him down a little and get yourself a nice car
just remember to do maintenance on it regularly (oil changes, tune-ups when needed) and it'll treat you well

Re: should I buy it?

i had a 96 TA with 140000, and i beat it pretty bad, but she always treated me good, and 4500 isnt bad, but you can go lower. he might be 'asking' for 4500, but the actual number he will take is a different story.
