Self moving thread 93-96 to 97-02 tail lights conversion HELP?!
Nobody in the original location seemed to want to comment, so I decided to post here, where I know there is a wealth of knowledge on these cars, and there is more than one hit every 4 hours.
Ok, I have found a TON of info for people doing this swap backwards, but none for people trying to switch TO the 97+ style lights. Does anybody have a conversion written up? If so, it would help a ton.
UPDATE:
The problem I am having is that my turn signals share the same hot as the brake lights/running lights. This is due to the 93-96 style using the same location for the turn/runners. SO, when my brake lights go on, so do my ambers. I am running out of extra wire here lol.

Does anybody have any pictures, for this write up? I am in the middle of doing this swap, and Id like to confirm WHICH lt-blue wire on the brake switch, needs cut and spliced.

What year is your car?
Shoebox's 95 diagram shows there is only one light blue wire on the “Brake Switch Assembly”, unless there is a similar wire on the TCC switch. Note pin designations.
1995 4th Gen F-Body Exterior Lights
Other years might be different. I have the factory manual for all years.
