seat compatability

Can anyone tell me if 00 camaro z28 seats will fit in a 96 z28 without modification? How about the reat seats and fold down? The center console? The door and window control switches?

Thanks

The front and rear seats will bolt right in. (Back of rear seats too). The center console will also bolt right in, however there will be a gap between the bottom of the dash and the newer center console. (search for pictures). The door and window switches look the same between the 96 and 2000 but everything I can find shows different part numbers for the two years.

Something to consider is there probably is a slight difference in color between the two years.

I have seats/console/door panels from a 1998 trans am in my 1994 camaro. (door panels took modification of the door skin to fit)

Thank you! Did you buy seats recently? What would you say is fair price for good to really good condition seats all around? $500 for the set?

I bought them ten years ago. I paid just over that for the seats/console/door panels. I think I got a good deal, but the important part was that they were local to me at the time.

It's up to you if it's worth the price. Replacing my torn cloth seats with nice leather seats really improved the look of the interior. That was worth it to me.
