Lightbulb Running light

The other day I noticed that my front driver's side running light was out. When I put the left turn signal on, it stays on in the gauge cluster, but the front turn signal is out and the rear signal is on, but it does not flash. If I turn the headlights on the front turn/running light does come on(but it still wont flash for the blinker). I replaced the running light, the turn signal bulb in both the front and back and the problem is still the same. Any ideas?

Re: Running light

If it's not the bulb, I'd say you've got a bad connection.

Re: Running light

The front turn signals/running lights need frequent replacement in my car. And sometimes one will stop working with a good buld - I just tap the housing a few times and it magically works, so obviously a bad connection. I have to admit, the front signal lights are one of the only things irritate me about my Camaro, since they seem to burn out often. Perhaps its because they're always on acting as the Daytime Running Lights.

I get at the driver's side light from the top, by removing the CAI; and get at the passenger side from the bottom.
