Question Rotten gas in tank?

My '93 T/A has been apart for almost 6 months (about 5 months longer than expected) and I just got it all put back together yesterday (reassembled from the cylinder heads up). Before I start it up for the first time (assuming it starts), I wanted to determine if I need to somehow extract and replace the gas in the tank, as I'm worried it may be rotten after sitting so long--it's about 1/4 full. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks,

-Dan

Re: Rotten gas in tank?

You'll be ok with 6 month old gas.
