How hard is it to replace the drivers side outside door handle on a 1994 Camaro? Mine broke the other day and I have found a few replacements, but just wanted to see if anyone can walk me through the installation of the new one?

I have never personally done one, but I am pretty sure it takes a special tool.

 

Its easy, have the window rolled up, take door panel off, peel back plastic liner, look back into the door shell.
Theres a little plastic clip that holds the actuator rod to the door handle, unhook that (a small flat head screwdriver helps as it is clipped to the actuator rod itself) and pull the rod out of the handle assembly. Then there are 2 10mm (I think) nuts on the handle its self, remove those and the handle comes out if I remember correctly. Installation is the opposite.
Honestly, its easy the hardest part is removing the door panel.
