Replaced Mine Saturday
Replaced Mine Saturday
I replaced my window motor saturday using shoebox's website. Got the motor at autozone for 50 something and had it out in a couple changed in about an hour and a half. Would definately use shoebox method. Must faster and easier than removing the whole assembly.
Awesome!
Thursday I fixed my passenger side window. The window itself was not going up all the way. There was a little crack near the mirror. I didn't have to replace the motor or anything. The ultimate problem was that the motor had lost 2 of its bolts that hold it to the door. I positioned the window(with help) then pop-riveted the motor in the correct place. No problem so far. Although one of the rollers is not rolling properly...making it go up and down slowly.
