replace my wiper motor, now my wipers dont sweep properly - help

Hi all... I replaced my wiper motor and went to try the wipers, but am having a problem having the wipers go to the down or rest position after I shut them off. The wipers just stay parked upright and on an angle on the windshield. Does anyone know how to properly reset the wipers?

Cheers.. Rob

is it both wipers or just the one on which you replaced the motor?
when you turn your wipers to on and they move from bottom to top, do they seems to move further on the up stroke than normal. it could be that the arm is not set on the right position. Try changing the position of the arm.
