Repacing Seat Cushion / Foam

Has anyone done this on a 4th gen? My DS seat is getting mighty thin - and the foam is deteriorating and falling onto the rug faster and faster.

I'm thinking remove the seat (just 4 nuts?). And take off the seat cover - or maybe remove the spring/grid support from underneath and shave some new foam to fit?

Can someone give me some advise on this so I know what problems I might expect - I haven't tackled anything like this before.

I was just doing something like this the other day but I was painting the covers while I had them off. The top cover comes off easily, just use a flathead and pry the two ends apart which can be seen when the seat is upside down and the back of the chair is leaning forward. The bottom is much more difficult to get off because of the grid and the power motors in the way but same idea. My seat had some plastic pieces covering the studs which had to be removed before I could get to the 4 nuts and remove the seat.

Ive swapped covers before and the ds bottom cover is a little difficult to remove because of the power seat motor - very small gap that you have to slip your plastic retaining clip thing that is sewn onto the cover. If you are just adding foam, you could simply just unhook the other three sides and add the foam.
