Removing/Re-installing new top dashpiece

My top dash piece on my 93' camaro is cracked badly, and im going to replace it. Anyone have a good step by step process to tell or show me what to do to remove the old cracked dash piece and install the new one? Im confused as to if i need to remove any other parts of the dash interior or what i need to do. Also if anyone has done this before and knows the best place ( cheapest place ) to buy the top dash piece, that would be great also..I believe the part # i found is the one i need...10267171 prolly around $80 im guessing....

Remove pillar covers and pull up the top cover. It's held on by velcro in places. You don't have to worry about your old one, since it is cracked.
