removing power steering pulley

removing power steering pulley
I'm trying to replace the water pump on a 95 Camaro 3.4. I have to remove the power steering pulley can any one give me any info on how to remove the pulley? I know there is a tool you need to remove it, is there any tool better then the other? Thanks
