Rear hatch won't work. 94 z28 camaro

Hello. Today my hatch decided to stop working. I removed the button and crossed the wires out. Nothing. I plugged a test light up to it and I am not receiving voltage. Help? Is their a fuse I am not aware of? Relay? It doesn't click or anything. The latch does not make a sound. And I don't hear any relay click

The hatch release relay is hidden behind the dash to the right of the glove box. Very hard to see even with the glove box removed (3 screws). That's where to listen for a click. The "power assy" fuse protects that circuit, with the power door locks and power mirrors as well. Do those work? If the relay behind the dash clicks, then check the secondary side of the relay circuit, The "Courtesy" fuse protects that circuit (with the radio, dome light, and several other devices)
