Random ?

This is going to be hard to describe, so I hope somebody understands... Ok, so right in front of the rear wheels under the car are what looks like big rubber grommets (one on each side of the car). What are these? What do they lead to? The only reason I ask is that all around it, it looks like fluid is seeping out of there... I could be wrong, but it doesnt look like there is anything fluid related that would lead to these areas. What gives???

They are drain plugs. The fluid you are seeing should just be water.

ah, ok, but its dark and thick and its all under the underside of the car around that area. Im sure it is just road grime mixed with it, but it looks like it is making stains on my garage floor. That is what I cant figure out why all around it on the undercarriage it is so gunked up to the point that it is dripping on my garage floor and causing oil like stains... hmm

Are you sure you don't have a pinion seal leak, and the gear lube is getting sprayed all over the bottom of the car, in front of the wheels?

Not sure where to move this, because it isn't engine tech, so lets try "General......."

If there are oil like stains on the ground, then that isn't related to the drain plugs. I agree with Injuneer, if you are leaving oil like fluid, then possibly the pinion seal or even the different cover could be leaking. You won't know for sure until you get under there and give it a good look over.

i know the differential leaks a little bit... but the pattern of the fluid is weird... it seems like it sprays from back to front... which really doesnt make any sense... I dunno, i gotta get under there and really check it out... because all around these rubber grommets there is a black residue... which really doesnt seem right.
