Question Ramps for lowered cars

Since I've lowered my 94 convertible, my old ramps do not work. I also have an RS front air dam which makes it even harder to get the car up on the ramps. Any brand better than others? What is everybody using?

Thanks

i could never get stock ride height fbodies on ramps..

i just made some dedicated 2x6" wood planks...always did the trick and didn't take up much room.

I've heard that Rhino ramps work well for lowered cars . But yeah, if you use a couple 2x4's (or 2x6's) ...

Edit: I suddenly got reminded of this thread . In particular, from about post #15 on!!

I could not get the car on ramps. A "97" with bilstein Level-2 SLP shock and spring pkg (1" drop). I jack the Rt side up, then use a floor jack under the front engine cradle (set the brake). Then, go for the rear under the axle diff with a floor jack just in front of the rear wheel. A pain in the Azz.

Have you considered a low profile floor jack?

Yeah, get a low profile jack. I'm not a big fan of ramps.

get a bunch of ply wood, drive the car onto it so you can get a jack under.

I've been using the 2x4 trick for as long as I've had my cars. 2x6's would work better with your 275's though...I know I always had to lay a pair of 2x4's next to eachother because of the width of the tires. You may even have to get two different lengths and make steps for your car, that's what I have to do with my blue car because of the ground effects.
