Radiator Fluid Smell

Anyone smell a slight scent of radiator fluid after punching it while
driving a long distance and then parking. The smell is slight.

When I had my '87 Mustang GT 5.0, my heater core ruptured
in front of the drivers seat....2 times. The Ford dealer, back then, said the heater cores are not made for Hi Po cars.

I hope these cars don't do the same.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.
Jim

I used to get that smell after just driving the car, it was ever so slight. This was also when I had a leaky waterpump (which is now fixed). Now that I have a new waterpump, there is no more smell. Check to see if you're leaking any DexCool.
