Quick Question
I am getting ready to order a cutout. I have a stock cat back measures 2.75" outside diameter. I was just wondering is a 3" cutout inside or outside diameter?

i beleive it is outside diameter

the 3" is the one you need. any decent welder can fill in the difference.
