Question about Hurst production numbers 99 z28

I came across this car, and wondered if anyone knew what the production numbers were. It is a 1999 Z28 Hugger Orange, LS1, 6 spd manual, T-tops, Hurst Equipped badges and shifter. The guy said it was pretty rare for the year and to be Hugger Orange. Anyone know?

The "Hurst Equipped" sounds like a dealer (or somebody's) add-on to try to make the car seem more than what it is. Never have heard of one. Hugger orange is not "rare", IMO, but is not seen as much as other colors.

never heard of a "hurst" option either, but sounds like a unique car. I beleive the rarest of the late model camaros were the ZL1's and the convert. z28/ss 6 speed as well

Hugger orange is definitely rare. Only available in the 99 model years, and a few carried over through 2000.

Gold, Purple only available in 1998 are also very rare colors.

Gold sucked in general and was dropped, purple and orange supposedly had bonding issues and were dropped. Allegedly hugger orange cars commanded a higher price as well.

As far as the hurst edition, that's kind of like a pace car edition, mostly for show but nothing that really sets it apart other than a badge or two.

The truly rare camaros are the F1 editions which came with performance parts from the factory.

Tried introducing myself, but this thread from google

my car is a 1999 hugger orange 1LE 6 spd with white leather factory ordered/optioned HURST shifter and i am in Canada 🇨🇦
car has 15,564Klm on it
i thought I already had an account here from when I bought the car new, but my memories so good I hide my own Easter eggs
if I do have an account, my usual site name is ONE EYE, or ONExEYE or a variant

le is the only place I can post on the site
