Q on lumbar support

Q on lumbar support
Actually 2 questions. (yes, I searched)
1) do any of you know of a kit? (or something) to add inflateable lumbar support(s) to the front seats?
2) I've got power driver's seat... If I managed to get my hands on a lumbar support could it be "powered up" via my existing under seat wiring??
