Putting the Z/28 on a diet

What can I do to shed some pounds without totally stripping the interior out? I want to keep it confortable but lighten her up. The car is currently free of all personal junk except a fire extingusher. Also what are they stock as far as weight (1997) it has total cap inside door of like 4200 but no exact vehicle weight.

take out spare and jack (probably get a can of fix-aflat or whatever though just incase)
take out unneccesarry speakers (should have like 6 in there or something)
get a lighter front swaybar (i think they have a hollow 35mm one and it helps handing and shaves some pounds)
rear seats (if you don't use them obviously)

that's all i can think of right now
it's tough to shave pounds and keep it comfortable
sort of like an oxymoron

Most stock empty are just shy of 3400 pounds.

Take out spare, jack. Backseats, back seatbelts. A/C system, padding under carpet. Lighten the bumper supports front/rear (trim the plastic honeycomb in half)
Lightweight wheels/tires
Tubular suspension pieces
HEaders (which do shave a decent bit of weight)
Remove drivers/passenger airbag
Remove wiper reservoir, remove air+egr

the list goes on
