Pulling the harness, what do I need?

I'm in the process of pulling out the LT1 and T56 out of my '95 Z to put into my Monte Carlo. I've pulled the engine harness and disconnected it at the main connectors so far (C100,C105,C210,C220,C230). My problem is I'm not sure what else I need to rob from this car before I let it go. I want to make sure I have everything I need to have it functioning right. Should I keep the fuse/relay box on the pass fender and remove the lights and ABS stuff from it? What about the cruise control module below that? Is the VATS stuff gonna cause me a problem not having it? Is there stuff under the dash that needs to go with it? I plan on taking the ALDL connector for data log and programming.

I basically would like to keep it as simple as possible while still being able to use the ALDL, have cruise (at some point) and run AC. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, this car does not have Traction Control.
