Pulling bumper supports??

I'm thinking of pulling out my front bumper supports and fog lights. Do you have to remove the nose cone to do this? Any tips?

Not sure why you posted this on LT1/LT4 Engine Tech.... but I moved it.

You have to pull the bumper cover to remove the crash pad,
