Question Problems with the Wiper Arms?

So the other day it was raining and I put my wipers on and my drivers side would not clean the windshield.
So no problem just get some new blades right?
Wrong I put them on and again the drivers side won't touch the windshield.
Just want to know if any body else has had this problem?
I have to replace the whole arm.
I going to try the dealer but if there too much I going to Advanced Auto Parts
they have to order them for $24.95.

Try shooting the wiper hinge with a little WD40 and working it a bit. That fixed it when I had the same problem.

Your talking about the "Arm's" right not the blades.
Funny thing I thought it was the blade so I switch the left to the right.
Now the passenger side finely cleans the whole side I use to have a sport on the bottom of the windshield that it would hit but not clean.
Ever see that?
It's like the spot in the middle that the wipers don't touch but it was on the passenger side.
I don't know what the hell is going on here.
I was going to buy them from Advance autoparts the brand is "Help".
You think I should get them if the WD40 does not fix the problem or should I spend twice as much and get then at the dealer?
My covers on both of them are messed up so I have to buy the arm's anyway.
