Power Windows/Radio Work Without Key

I am able roll up and down my power windows when the key is out of the ignition and the doors are open, the radio also works without key...is this some kind of short or faulty connection? I believe this may be causing fuses to blow. I've been having trouble getting my car to start and stay running and I've burned through quite a few ignition fuses. What can I do to solve this issue?

You can't expect decent advice if no on knows what you are driving.

Could be that your RAP module is having issues.

Well, when you figure it out, let me know. I want that mod. Obviously I could rerun power, but if there is a simple fuse to pull or relay to disable, I'd like to have 'on demand' accessory power on a switch.

Ya it's convenient, but I hope it's not doing any damage or shorting anything out. Is the rap module the box right next to the express down module?

Well, the thing may just be bad. Occasionally some have found a burned wire tracing on the circuit board inside and were able to repair it. That may/may not be your problem.

You said your car "may or may not" be blowing fuses. So is it blowing fuses then? Which fuse does it keep blowing?
