The past few days I've been trying to figure this out... I got the old one out okay... I plugged the new one in and checked it. It seems to be running strong...

I put it in like 3 times... I sware i've got it lined up and tightened down but for some reason only the front of the window will come down an inch and thats it... I'm thinking my alignment is off. Any help before I take it to the shop?

 

Sounds like one of the rollers has come out of the guide. Go to Shoeboxes site and look at the picts.
