Power steering hoses?

Power steering hoses?
I have a leak from one of them on my 1997 Camaro Z28 so I'm going to change them both.
How hard are they to get out?
I want to make sure I have enough time to take the old lines down to the hydraulic shop and have them made.
I just hope it's not my steering rack.
I have not looked under the car yet I do know for sure it's a P/S leak.
