Power Antennas on Z's

I know it Can be done and what wire to use, but does anyone know if the Z's come with the wiring in place to the antenna or will I need to fish a wire to put a power antenna in?

I wouldnt do it, lol. I have one and it took a dump, now it just annoys me. I got a replacement, but never have the want to go fix it. it just stays up all the time. I am half tempted to just replace it with a regular one.

Look in the spare tire area, and see if there is an electrical connection that might be for a power antenna.

As stated above, if you do this, plan on replacing it soon, they seem to go out a lot, and are usually kinda costly to fix.

I have had $60 universal power anntenas in both Camaros for years and haven't had any problems with them. There is no wiring already there for them, but if you have a monsoon it makes it really easy because you can tap into the amp for power.
