Passenger's Power Window Motor/Regulator issue(pics)

Well, I went to replace my passenger's aling power window motor today. I have run into a small issue. It seems that the regulator is rubbing against the power window motor a little. Below is a picture of the old and new motors....

You can see the mark on the old motor.....

Here is a picture of the regulator from where the speaker usually sits....The arrow is where the rubbing is taking place...on that rounded part just before the teeth.

The regulator doesn't look to be really bent...just rusty as heck. Has anyone else seen this?? Should I replace the regulator or just throw the motor on and let it go?

Looks like it is barely touching. See if you can tweak it a little. Also make sure all your rollers are good and not throwing something out of whack.

You are correct, the grove is not deep at all. Just barely cut into the motor. Very surprising to me given the pressure on the motor. For right now I'm gonna leave it as is....but moving to the driver's side....it is the same way...with that regulator touching the motor.

These motors have been replaced under warranty.....however there were no holes drilled into the doors...(I'm drilling them now....as to have better access). This leads me to believe that the entire regulator was removed by the technicians to replace just the motor. The motors were secured by screws and nuts....so I know they did actually replace the motors. With the regulator touching the motors on both sides; I wonder if they bent it a little out of shape getting it in and out.

Anyway, there is another problem....on the driver's side.....a rattle when the window is part way down. All the way up and down no rattle. After a little inspection, I found the rattle....it is below....

The circled riveted/roller is loose. If you move the window up and down you can see the thing flex up and down from working it's way loose. I can also shake it back and forth to replicate the rattle. Can this part on the back glass brace/track just be replaced?? Looks like a couple of rivets to drill out for the window mount.

I've found this thread that has helped.....I'm referencing it for future searchers...

Part numbers appear correct in the above thread too. Pay attention to Lower's and Sobracing's posts.
