Cool Painting brake calipers with salad shooters?

Does anybody with the salad shooters have there brake calipers painting? I notice you can see a good part of the calipers through the salad shooters, but wanted to know if anybody has this done, and if its worth the time? And what color would be best with white 95 z. I have removed my red bowtie off the back bumper and replaced with black and covered my front red bowtie with a billet grille, so I have no red on my exterior. So I do not want to paint red. Maybe silver?

I have not done it yet but I will be sometime soon. I still have the stock wheels. it really depends on what you use. my self I am getting the kit from eastwood company. but all in all it should take about a couple of hours. My car is silver and I am thinking of blue, maybe red to match my suspention parts. etc etc

I painted mine black. I didn't want them to stand out from a distance. But I wanted people to notice them up close. So they are black with silver caliper decals from Brent. They turned out just like I had hoped. To paint them I used a wire brush with some brake cleaner and got them as clean as I could then I brushed on the paint. The paint itself was brake caliper paint that I got from Canadian Tire.
