P1441 Strikes Again!

Well P1441 was the DTC, so I [tried to] fix it because there was charcoal in the lines! I replaced the charcoal canister, and blew out the lines with an air compressor! So everything was good, for like a week or so, and then P1441 came back! I have not taken anything apart, but what do you guys think it might be? If there is charcoal in the lines again, why would a new canister leak like that?

the P1441 is an EVAP purge code right.. if so and you changed the canister and cleaned the EVAP lines the only thing left is the purge sonliniod or in some cases purge switch .. not sure where it would exact be on your car but it just a little plastic deal that has one wire plug and an EVAP line in one side and out the oter (mine sits on top of the valve cover on the passanger side).. easy fix and the part is probbaly is like $10

only other thing is maybee the lines are still bad and have a crack or something like that

What about the vent lines from the actual gas tank to the canister? Do those get clogged frequently?

I've never heard of that line getting clogged, though I have seen them come off/crumble. I would start by removing the purge solenoid. Before replacing it, try tapping it on something to knock the charcoal out of it. I went out and bought a replacement solenoid after I replaced the canister, but then was actually able to clean out the old solenoid, tested it for a few days, and no more codes. I ended up just keeping the new one as a backup.
