oil gage reading zero

oil gage reading zero

I have a 1968 camaro with after market gages. I have no oil pressure,it is a electrical oil gage. I changed the sendeing unit on the back of the 327 block, but no change. still reading zero. Any ideas ?

I'd put a mechanical gauge on it temporarily to determine if in fact you have any oil pressure at all.
