ohm key resistor??

ohm key resistor??

I keep seeing you read the key resistor to get vats bypassed......well how do you get the right resistor if you dont have the key....... is there a way to get the right resistor without going to the dealer ship??

You will have to take the car the the dealer or locksmith that has an "interrogator" that can tell what the pellet resistance should be.
Another option is to wire bypass the TDR and have the computer reprogrammed with VATS disabled.

or he can try all 15 different resistances, it would take a while though

If the car can't be moved, then that might be an option.

thxs for the help and yes your correct it can't be moved it's down till I get the problem fixed
