Re: O2 sensor?

You might want to get it scanned to see what code it's throwing.

Re: O2 sensor?

Same thing happened to me after header install - turned out, it was my EGR hookup on the headers. The connection was fine though, flush...sealed with a sealant as well, but just thre code for no reason. I can't remember now if adding the RTV solved the problem or if I just had the EGR code programmed out. Either way, it wasn't really a problem with the EGR...just was throwing the code. Get it scanned definitely - my guess is EGR flow - based on personal experience only.

Re: O2 sensor?

I had that same situation when it threw a code and it was EGR Failure... I could turn the car off and then restart it and the code would go off. So Im not worrying about it and eventually going to get it tuned out of my PCM.

Same here. Replaced EGR, then ended up programming it out a year later.
