Do the basics before attempting to fix the fuel pump. First, do you hear the pump kick on when the the key is turned to on position? Assuming that checks out, how old is the fuel filter?

Definitly make sure it either isn't getting fuel or spark before you go buying parts.

Attach a fuel pressure gauge to the Schrader valve on the fuel rails and check your fuel pressure. Fuel pressure should come up to around 36 psi and slowly decline after the pump stops (2 second time out). If the pressure drops quickly, the check valve in the fuel pump is shot and the fuel pump will need to be replaced.
